Moderate the forums! .
Its actually pretty fun!

You can actually set different mods to different forums. so if you have multiple mods, you can get them to agree to different forums. That way they can be managed and they are not both hung with the work of all of the forums

Hmm,you know what. Everyone who is active can be mods,then,once we get popular.You guys will have a special place

I am somewhat tech savvy, i don't suggest making all of the active members mods. i was just giving suggestions
Most forums have an average of 4-5 mods at all times. i have never seen more

Yeah, if you make everyone mods and admin then there won't be any normal people to win the contests! Plus, you never know if they are going to remain active, or are the right people for the job, really, if they get positions so quickly.

I agree. IMO i think you should watch people closely. the people that figure out the forum and help people figure it out are likely going to be a better mod then just someone you know from a previous forum.

Once the forum gets a bit larger, people may want to start more contests and such and you can actually have them moderate the ONE contest and the rest of the forum would be like a normal member for them.

IMO again, i think at this point to start would be to have a couple admins(you and apollinerei) and a few moderators. any more then that, even for a while would be to many any way

We shouldn't have too many mods, until we grow bigger. I have seen forums where everyone was a mod or admin, and it wasn't too appealing.

For now, we are good to go! I am continuing to try and spread the word out about this forum. Hopefully we will have more members soon.

I'm pretty sure at this point there is enough staff. But, I'm not admin so I don't know

I was an admin for a forum and an admin for a group on facebook.
Its not about being cool,lol,its keeping everything running
