Could you possibly put a poll up for them as you post? that way would be a lot easier then gathering comments that have judged them

okey! is it possible to move the pictures to the poll thread and lock it so that people cannot comment, but can still vote in the poll? it would be easier to keep track of the pictures that way
And once the contest is over(i don't know if you can do it on this forum) possibly merge all the contest posts together as not to take up to much room as well.
