A "Recent Posts" section

I think it would be nice to have a "recent posts" section on this forum so that it's easy to find the latest topics. I don't know if that's possible, and I think the forum is great already....it's just an idea.

We do have a "post since last visit" . it's a bit hard to get to and it would be nice if there was a button on every page(like maybe at the top where forum, calendar, FAQ ect are at)

Make that 200. I noticed that portal thingy too! It gives you a general overlook of the site. But we should have a "new posts" button like tb. I use that button ALL the time! 
I have looked around for it on the admin panel...but I can't find anything of such! For now, I think the portal is a great addition!
